Application Form for admission will be distributed on every month any time in a year.
Every parent must collect the application form. Form will not be given to anyone else than the child’s parents.
The following DOCUMENTS are compulsory for taking admission:
- Birth Certificate
- Disability Certificate from any Govt. hospital
- Psychological Testing Report (IQ Report)
- NID of the parents
